The following services are offered by HeathTek. Additional services may be available. If what you
need is not covered in the list below, please call HeathTek for a personalized service quote.

Delivery Services	Bring your computer to us for servicing. Or a HeathTek technician will pick it up from you (within 15 mile radius only) for $0.50 per mile traveled. Prices listed are for time and labor only.
PC Tune-Up $80.00	Get your PC back up to its original speed with a complete PC Tune-Up. We will remove any viruses, or malware that slow or even freeze your system. We will update and optimize your operating system, perform full system diagnostic, and even clean out the dust inside your case. We can even make recommendations on the best upgrade options.
Operating System Upgrade $50.00	Are you ready to upgrade to Windows XP or do you need a fresh re-install of your operating system but you're nervous about doing this yourself? Let HeathTek handle the stress instead! We can back up your data and upgrade your computer to the latest version of Windows (not provided by HeathTek). If there are any problems, your original data can be restored with no loss. Additional software you have is not included in a fresh install, but can be installed by us for an additional charge.
Software installation $25.00	HeathTek can install and configure your additional software for you. We can also repair or configure any software already installed. You provide the original discs (or a list of free software available online), we'll take care of the rest! $5.00 for each software title after the first.
Hardware installation $25.00 per component	You just bought a new CD or DVD writer from the local superstore. Now what? You call HeathTek for installation, that's what! Let HeathTek properly install your new hardware for you. Now you can confidently boost performance or add additional capability to your computer with a hardware upgrade. Add additional memory for increased speed and stability or an extra hard drive for additional storage space.
Data backup or transfer $50.00	Move all of your existing data from an old PC to new one, or from your desktop PC to a laptop. Or, if you just need a backup, your data can b backed up to CD or DVD discs for quick and easy retrieval in case of an emergency.
Computer Protection $40.00	Protect your computer against viruses and hackers. We will install Anti-Virus software (or make sure yours is completely updated), configure security settings, and perform other tasks to keep you safe and secure.
Diagnosis Only $15.00	If you just want to know what needs to be done before spending a lot of money, we can help you out. We'll examine your computer, let you know what the problems is, but will make no changes. If you then decide to have us perform the work needed, the $15 diagnosis fee will be credited back to you.

On-Site Services	Let us come to you!. For some tasks, you just need a person on site. A $0.50 per mile charge will apply to cover travel expenses. Prices listed are for time and labor only.
Network Setup $100.00	If you need a small home or home office network set up, HeathTek can perform professional installation at a very reasonable cost. We can set up and configure a traditional wired or a wireless network. Share printers, files, and high-speed internet connection. The standard fee covers up to 3 networked devices. $50 per additional device.
Computer Setup $80.00	If you just bought a new computer and you're tangled up in a mess of cables and cords or you don't know the widgets from the doohickies, there's only one thing to do: call HeathTek. A HeathTek technician can come out, make sure you received everything you should have, hook everything up, give it a thorough test, and provide a few basic computing tips so you can be up and running in no time.
Peripheral Setup $40.00	Have a HeathTek technician come to your home or office to install a printer, scanner, digital camera, or other device. We'll even show you how to use it!
Hardware installation $40.00	A HeathTek technician can come to your home or office to perform a computer upgrade. We can add memory, a hard drive, CD/DVD drive, network card, or any other component.
